Job summary

Park Hill School District seeks a Health Services Coordinator to lead the delivery of safe, high-quality student health services. You will plan clinical care, manage staff including substitutes, supervise health data reporting, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.

You will collaborate on IHPs, EAPs, 504/IEP processes, and serve as a resource to staff, parents, and external partners. Direct nursing care and crisis support may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health standards and safety practices in a school setting.
• Ability to manage health service records and documentation.
• Familiarity with FERPA and regulatory reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates clinical district health services and staffing.
• Audits care delivery, medication administration, and immunization compliance.
• Prepares health policies and procedures for Board approval.
• Coordinates IHPs, 504 plans, and IEP processes with families and staff.
• Provides direct nursing care as needed and covers for director in absence.
• Supports crisis response and liaises with community health partners.
