Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner Certification.
- Certificate of Fitness as an Advanced Practice Nurse (Tennessee).
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee; TN/INTL license pick-up within 30 days if needed.
- CPR Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provides Clinician and Manager roles for School Health Mobile Services.
- Performs routine school physical exams for ages 3–18.
- Initiates referrals to programs/agencies as needed.
- Manages vaccine transport, inventory, and cold chain monitoring.
- Oversees immunization processes and education.
- Maintains HIPAA-compliant documentation.
- Supports nurses and admin staff in clinic workflow.
- Collaborates with QI Coordinator to ensure standards.
- Generates qualitative/productivity reports and reviews research.
- Interviews, hires, coaches, and trains new staff.
