Job summary

KIPP Atlanta Schools seeks an experienced Clinic Aide to provide health services support at a single school. Reporting to the Director of Health and Safety, the role includes first aid, medication administration, maintaining health records, and ensuring compliance with health requirements.

The ideal candidate has CNA or CMA certification, formal first aid training, and strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering

Qualifications

• CNA or CMA certification preferred and state-certified.
• Formal first aid training or equivalent program completed.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid and care per protocol.
• Take vital signs and communicate findings to supervising RN.
• Maintain student health records and documentation.
• Contact parents and EMS as required by protocols.
• Assist with screening programs and health notices.
• Support telehealth triage and ensure equipment functionality.
