Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years related experience or equivalent training.
• Must obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Administers first aid to students and staff for minor injuries and accidents.
• Administers medications to students as directed.
• Assists with health screenings (hearing, vision, lice checks).
• Supports immunization compliance program.
• Maintains health records and daily logs of health office visits.
• Operates the health aide office and handles clerical tasks.
• Communicates with parents regarding student absences and health issues.
