Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of CPR, first aid, AED and health safety regulations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate records.
• Effective communication with students, families, staff.

Responsibilities

• Administers emergency first aid and dispenses medications as directed.
• Assists with health screenings and tracks results.
• Maintains health records and inventory of medications.
• Communicates with parents and health providers as needed.
• Reports suspected abuse as required by law.
• Responds to emergencies to ensure safety.
• Cleans health room and maintains sanitary environment.
• Attends meetings and participates in trainings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
