Job summary

Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a School and Group Home Based Clinician to join our Community Behavioral Health Center in Chicopee, MA. The role involves delivering evidence-based group interventions to diverse populations at CHD and partner sites, including schools and residential programs.

You will handle clinical documentation and assess client progress, using DBT, CBT and other practices. This full-time, on-site position runs Monday–Friday with a weekend shift option.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Social Work; license preferred.
• Prior experience in delivery of group interventions is required, as is knowledge of DBT, CBT, and other evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based group interventions to diverse populations at CHD and partner sites (schools, community centers, residential programs).
• Conduct clinical documentation and assess client progress; adapt interventions to individual and group needs.
