Job summary

Chartwells K12 is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL for a full-time role. You will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate shifts, ensure accurate stocking and safety compliance, and support timely deliveries within the distribution center.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory experience, forklift certification, and a valid driver’s license. The position includes a competitive pay rate and benefits; online applications are accepted only.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Must be forklift trained and certified within 30 days of hire.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license, unless state indicates otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Supervises warehouse associates and manages scheduling, onboarding and performance.
• Ensures adequate labor for each shift and posts work schedules.
• Maintains inventory records and stock control; coordinates material flow and deliveries.
• Operates or oversees use of equipment and computer systems to enter records.
