Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves food; maintains an orderly, sanitary kitchen.

• Sets up serving lines; maintains attractive presentation and uses alternate menu items when needed.
• Operates the POS system; handles payments following district guidelines.
• Protects privacy of free/reduced meals information; accounts for meals served and deposits.
• Operates dishwasher; cleans and sanitizes surfaces and equipment.
• Receives deliveries; verifies quantities and stores stock properly.
