• Prepares one or several parts of breakfast and/or lunch meals in proper quantities for serving; follows recipes and proper food handling.
• Maintains sanitary conditions in assigned work areas and operates kitchen equipment safely.
• Serves food with proper portion control and assists with meal service on the serving line.
• Follows district, state and USDA rules and safety procedures; maintains confidentiality as required.
