Job summary

Taher, Inc. is seeking a team-focused food service professional for a role in Worthington, Minnesota. You will provide top-notch guest service, prepare meals per recipes, and ensure food safety and quality throughout the shift.

This position offers guaranteed hours with no nights or weekends, free daily lunch, uniforms provided, PPE, and opportunities for advancement within a growing, chef-driven company.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt and change in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to do simple arithmetic.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Be able to lift 30 Lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
• Dependable, Punctual.
• Ability to follow all safe food handling requirements.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Receives and unpacks food deliveries.
• Ensures food and supply items are stored per standards.
• Polite and professional communication style.
• Understands and utilized FIFO.
• Performs other related duties as requested by the leadership team.
