Job summary

SSC Services For Education is hiring for a full-time Floor Technician in New Braunfels, TX. The position runs 3:30 pm to 12:00 am at New Braunfels High School with potential openings at other district locations. A minimum of 2 years of floor technician experience is required, with pay ranging from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2 years of prior floor technician experience required.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard-surface floor maintenance and refinishing procedures.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery care including shampooing and spot cleaning.
• Carry out maintenance and restorative processes for all floor types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
