Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts and document transactions.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts.
• Produce monthly financial statements and distribute revenue/expenditure reports to sites.
• Manage revenue and accounts receivable; ensure revenue recognition accuracy.
• Generate reports to support management decisions and research issues as needed.
• Provide training on the district's financial system.
