Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in school-based paraprofessional services, special education, student support, or school operations.
• Knowledge of IEPs, behavior intervention strategies, classroom support models, and school-based staffing practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with digital attendance, scheduling, documentation, or school information systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily paraprofessional attendance, punctuality, scheduling, and coverage across assigned school locations.
• Conduct classroom observations, provide coaching, and address performance or conduct concerns with paraprofessional staff.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for school teams and coordinate communication regarding staffing, schedules, and classroom support.
• Monitor adherence to IEPs, behavior support strategies, safety procedures, and professional standards.
• Maintain accurate attendance, observation, incident, training, and performance records using digital systems.
• Support school-based orientations, conduct regular employee check-ins, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
