Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect school buildings regularly for repairs and maintenance.
• Prioritize repair projects and plan work.
• Repair wiring, switches, plumbing and related fixtures.
• Perform carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing and tiling under supervision.
• Snow removal and ground maintenance duties.
• Assist with field maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Recommend supplies and equipment purchases.
• Coordinate with Director of Facilities on preventative maintenance.
• Fulfill duties of Custodian as assigned.
• Other related duties as directed by the Director of Facilities.
