Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Basic skills in all maintenance trades.
• Ability to climb.

Responsibilities

• Maintains electrical, plumbing, HVAC, hardware, glass, carpentry and tile in assigned school.
• Performs tasks in accordance with district maintenance standards.
