Qualifications

• 7-10 years of successful full-time general trade experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds and climb ladders.
• Trade licenses are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical school plant in operating excellence.
• Examine facilities regularly for preventive maintenance and safety.
• Fill in for custodial personnel as necessary.
