Job summary

Campus Services Group is seeking a dedicated School Custodial Supervisor to ensure a clean and safe environment within our facilities in Fort Washington, PA. You will lead custodial tasks, operate industrial cleaning equipment, and supervise a team across shifts, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of Environmental Services experience with supervisory exposure, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Environmental Services, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to understand in-services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and chemical handling.
• Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work various shifts.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Must reside within the service area.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
• Must provide a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead custodial tasks as needed.
• Operate various industrial cleaning equipment.
• Supervise small groups of custodial staff on different shifts.
• Assume responsibility in the absence of the Account Manager.
• Assist in staff training, quality control, and in-servicing.
• Use protective gear during all cleaning tasks.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
