Job summary

Campus Services Group is seeking a dedicated Custodial Supervisor to maintain a clean and safe environment at our Fort Washington location. You will lead custodial tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and supervise a team of environmental services staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The role requires supervisory experience and strong communication, with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work various shifts. Benefits are provided, and employment is on-site.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Environmental Services, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds and work various shifts.
• Must reside within the service area.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
• Must provide a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead custodial tasks as needed.
• Operate various industrial cleaning equipment.
• Supervise small groups of custodial staff on different shifts.
• Assume responsibility in the absence of the Account Manager.
• Assist in staff training, quality control, and in-servicing.
• Use protective gear during all cleaning tasks.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Campus Services Group (CSG) is seeking a dedicated Custodial Supervisor to ensure a clean and safe environment within our facilities. In this role, you’ll perform and lead custodial tasks, operating various industrial cleaning equipment while managing and supervising a team of environmental services staff. If you’re passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, we want you on our team!

Pay Rate

USD $22.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
