Responsibilities

• Cleans and services buildings by sweeping, mopping offices, classrooms, bathrooms, etc.
• Waxes and buffs floors
• Performs minor maintenance on building fixtures and equipment
• Picks up and disposes of trash
• Assists with outside work such as sweeping, shoveling snow, etc.
• Loads and unloads trucks
• Ability to lift medium weights and perform routine maintenance and mechanical work
