Responsibilities

• Waxes and buffs floors with mechanical equipment.
• Oils, lubricates or greases motors in engine rooms, laundry, elevators, vehicles, etc.
• Cleans lighting fixtures, replaces bulbs, washes windows, moves furniture and equipment.
• Assists with outside work such as sweeping walks, shoveling snow, mowing lawns, trimming hedges, etc.
• Loads and unloads trucks and assists with maintenance on trucks and vehicles.
