Job summary

Bezos Academy is seeking a Facilities Services Manager to keep our Montessori-inspired preschools safe, functional, and ready for children. You will travel across states, partner with school leaders, and ensure buildings, playgrounds, equipment, and critical systems run smoothly while preventing issues before they disrupt learning.

This highly visible, action-oriented role requires problem-solving, relationship-building, and proactive maintenance leadership to support open schools and welcoming

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities for multi-site organizations or schools.
• Strong vendor management and project coordination skills.
• Ability to ensure safety and compliance across facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, maintenance, and daily operations across multiple campuses.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with vendors and internal teams.
• Lead school refresh projects and licensing compliance to keep environments up-to-date.
• Build relationships with school leaders, vendors, and site partners to ensure reliable operations.
