Bezos Academy seeks a Director of Student and Family Support to lead vision, strategy, and systems ensuring families and children thrive in preschools nationwide.

You will advance inclusive practices, early identification of developmental needs, and multi‑tiered support across a multi‑school network, collaborating with leaders, educators, and central teams to enable scalable, high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of relevant experience in special education, inclusive education, student support, or related fields with emphasis on early childhood development.
• Experience leading student support or inclusion services at a systems level for multiple schools, network, or district.
• Experience setting strategy, policies, and operating frameworks for multi-school systems and accountable for outcomes.
• Proven ability to implement multiple systems of support and apply Universal Design for Learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision, strategy, and systems for student and family support across preschools.
• Develop scalable frameworks, guidance, and tools for inclusive practices and developmental supports.
• Partner with school leaders, educators, legal partners, and central teams to translate expertise into practical solutions.
• Hire, coach, and lead high-performing teams while engaging families and school staff in decision making.
