Job summary

Young World Physical Education is looking for a Director of Buildings, Grounds, and Safety to oversee facility operations and maintenance for the Windham Northeast Supervisory Union in Bellows Falls, Vermont. This full-time position involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations while managing all aspects of building and grounds maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building maintenance, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in management, engineering, or related technical field preferred.
• Eight (8) years of building maintenance experience, including at least three (3) years in a supervisory capacity.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility operations and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Plan, coordinate, and administer all aspects of the facilities department.
