Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Applicant must possess or be eligible to obtain a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certificate within 6 months of employment.
• Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of building mechanical equipment and systems.
• Ability to supervise others in the work.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Open and secure buildings for daily use.
• Inspect and maintain building mechanical systems and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on boiler, pool, ventilation, and related systems.
• Change light bulbs and repair fixtures as needed.
• Report mechanical issues to supervisor and document actions.
• Assist in routine cleaning and other required maintenance tasks.
