Responsibilities

• Keep school buildings and grounds neat, clean, and orderly.
• Perform minor repairs to property as needed.
• Regulate HVAC systems for comfort and efficiency.
• Inspect equipment and facilities and suggest repairs or replacements.
• Open/close buildings and ensure doors/windows are secure.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and fuel; place orders as needed.
• Prepare records documenting work and repairs.
