Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of school buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and contracted services.
• Inspect cleanliness and report conditions to the principal.
• Perform cleaning operations when needed.
• Regulate heating and air conditioning for economical operation.
• Open and close buildings as directed by the principal.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks.
• Maintain a daily work log and report to Maintenance Supervisor monthly.
• Record and log mechanical equipment and perform preventive inspections.
• Assist in campus landscape planning and maintenance.
