Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance tasks including cleaning, graffiti removal, wall patching and painting, and HVAC tasks.
• Support school activities and events by setting up, tearing down, and cleaning up.
• Perform outdoor maintenance such as sweeping, trash collection, snow removal, and pressure washing exterior sidewalks annually.
• Respond to service calls; may perform emergency biohazard cleanups.
• Audit facilities and report maintenance needs to the appropriate entity.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
