Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or trade school degree required or preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and transfer measurements with measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with safety codes, regulations, policies.
• Perform interior and exterior maintenance, repair, and upkeep of facilities and grounds.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, locks, and other general maintenance.
• Coordinate with administrators to address facility maintenance needs.
• Monitor contractors and vendors performing work on facility systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
