• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, or repair electrical systems and hardware.
• Maintain plumbing hardware and assist with renovations as needed.
• Assist with carpentry and grounds maintenance tasks and landscaping.
• Coordinate with supervisor and maintenance staff; respond to repair requests.
• Maintain records and logs related to maintenance activities.
