Qualifications

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of related experience and/or training in maintenance, supervision, and custodial services.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, hardware repairs, roofing inspections, grounds maintenance).
• Valid Florida driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and functionality of the facility and its systems (electrical, electronics, carpentry, plumbing).
• Develop schedules for cleaning and preventative maintenance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Diagnose malfunctions before requesting technical assistance.
• Perform routine HVAC, roof, gutter, and equipment maintenance.
