Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises custodial personnel employed by the school.
• Communicates with students, staff, contractors and visitors to the facility.
• Oversees maintenance of buildings, grounds and systems.
• Assists in budget development for maintenance, grounds, security and supplies.
• Organizes preventive maintenance and light carpentry tasks.
• Ensures safety procedures and proper operation of all systems.
