Job summary

Dickinson Public Schools is seeking a Head Custodian to lead the maintenance team at the Central Office / Hagen Building / Berg Elementary. This 40-hour weekly, 12-month position covers cleaning, snow removal, mowing, and general upkeep to maintain a safe, attractive, and efficient environment for learning.

The role requires the ability to lift, work independently, and occasionally weekend duties. The district offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and direct general custodians.
• Maintain the interior and exterior of the school, including cleaning, snow removal, mowing, and maintenance.
• Ensure a safe, attractive, clean, and efficient learning environment.
• Other duties as needed and assigned.
