Responsibilities

• Performs minor repairs to property as requested and clears snow/ice.
• Inspects equipment and facilities and suggests repairs or replacements.
• Controls HVAC systems to ensure comfortable, economical operation.
• Opens/closes buildings and ensures doors/windows are secure.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and arranges orders as needed.
• Prepares and maintains records documenting work and repairs.
