Sau 39 is seeking a dedicated Facilities professional to maintain cleanliness, safety, and a quality educational environment at the district level in Mont Vernon, NH. The role involves operating cleaning equipment, enforcing safety standards, and supporting daily building operations.

Qualifications include a preferred high school diploma and mandatory background checks and a pre-employment medical examination. This is a year-round, non-exempt position reporting to the Facilities Director.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Applicants will be subjected to a criminal background check as required by law.
• Pre-Employment Medical Examination signed by a Licensed Physician indicating medical capability for designated assignment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and safety across floors, bathrooms, classrooms, playgrounds, and other areas as instructed.
• Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment and follow safety protocols; report hazards or emergencies.
• Ensure doors and windows are secured; maintain professional conduct and adhere to district guidelines.
