Job summary

Responsibilities include cleaning classrooms, offices, gyms and restrooms; preparing spaces for daily activities; and responding to safety and maintenance needs. The position requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned school district facilities (classrooms, offices, gyms, restrooms, etc.) to maintain a sanitary, safe, attractive environment.
• Assist in responding to immediate safety and/or operational concerns for the purpose of taking appropriate action.
• Inspect facilities for safe operations and identify repairs due to vandalism, wear, or weather conditions.
• Prepare facilities for daily operations (open gates, disarm security, raise flags, etc.).
• Secure facilities and grounds to minimize property damage and liability.
