Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities/Prime Time Family, Inc is seeking a Custodian in Natchitoches, LA to provide custodial and minor maintenance for the facility and grounds. You will follow health and safety procedures, maintain classrooms, offices, and common areas, and support program expansion as needed.

The role requires routine inspections, inventory control, and on-call availability for emergencies; prior maintenance experience is preferred and computer literacy is required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior maintenance and general repair experience is required.
• Computer literacy in email, word processing and internet navigation is required.
• Excellent decision-making and communications skills.
• High degree of tact and professionalism.
• Strong positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Perform custodial duties including cleaning and sanitizing classrooms, offices, bathrooms and common areas.
• Maintain outdoor environments, playgrounds, and parking lots.
• Report major repairs and coordinate with Center Director.
• Monitor safety procedures and perform inspections.
• Assist with moves and furniture relocations.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and requisitions.
• Be on call for emergencies.
