Qualifications

• Obtaining a pesticide application license may be required.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs custodial duties and cleans floors, toilets, and carpets.
• Monitors building conditions and reports safety concerns promptly.
• Removes trash and replenishes supplies to prevent interruptions.
• Strips and refinishes floors and cleans windows as directed.
• Maintains heating/ventilation equipment and boiler logs.
• Inspects safety equipment and assists with emergency procedures.

Education

Post-secondary trade training (desirable)
