Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings and premises neat and clean at all times, including sidewalks and play areas.
• Maintains areas adjacent to buildings in clean, safe, and sanitary condition.
• Keeps the grounds free from rubbish and debris.
• Shovels, plows, and sands walks and driveways as needed.
• Assumes responsibility for opening/closing buildings and securing doors/windows daily.
