Job summary

Under general supervision, responsibilities include following directions, reporting maintenance needs, and working independently as required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required to qualify for the role.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of methods, materials, safety practices and equipment used in janitorial work.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions.
• Maintain a schedule for periodic cleaning of assigned facilities.
• Observe and report needs for maintenance.
• Ability to perform without immediate supervision.
• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• Current Resume for both internal and external applicants.

Responsibilities
