The position reports to the Building Principal and Head Custodian in the Affiliated Buildings-Crow Agency-Hardin area. The successful candidate will perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance, follow a schedule, and ensure the district facilities support an

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and safety practices.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow written and oral directions.
• Ability to maintain basic work records.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors.
• Vacuum rugs and carpets.
• Dust and polish furniture and woodwork.
• Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Wash windows, walls, sinks and dispensers.
• Secure building at end of shift.
• Picks up trash and empties receptacles.
• Perform routine nontechnical maintenance with basic tools.
• Receive, store and distribute supplies.
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment.
