The role focuses on maintaining clean, secure buildings and grounds across multiple sites. Starting immediately, duties include cleaning classrooms, restrooms, cafeterias and offices; operating cleaning equipment; and reporting hazards or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or demonstrated progress toward obtaining a GED.
• Ability to perform routine custodial activities including cleaning and maintenance per district standards.
• Must maintain regular and predictable attendance and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine custodial tasks at your assigned school site.
• Clean classrooms, restrooms, lockers, and common areas; ensure cleanliness of floors and surfaces.
• Report hazards and maintenance needs to supervisors; maintain building security.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and scrubbers.
• Assist with major summer cleaning projects and special events.
