Job summary

Culver is seeking a dedicated custodian to help keep the Academy buildings clean and well-maintained. The role includes cleaning floors, desks, windows, restrooms, and related areas, using power scrubbers and waxing machines as needed.

The position requires a High School Equivalency, a valid Indiana driver’s license with a clean record, and the physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs, climb stairs, and walk extensively. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Equivalency (HSE) is required.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
• Position is physically demanding and requires lifting at least 25 lbs and other physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of Academy buildings and related facilities.
• Operate floor cleaning equipment and reposition furniture to access areas.
• Remove trash and care for school property around buildings.
