Job summary

Spring Branch ISD is seeking a Custodian to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety within facilities. The role includes routine cleaning, maintenance tasks, and ensuring proper facility function.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and custodial experience is preferred. Candidates must be able to work effectively both independently and with school personnel. The job involves physical demands and regular interaction with the public.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to complete custodial work such as mopping, buffing, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a cleaning schedule including all building areas.
• Assist with lunchroom set up and perform preventive maintenance.
• Report any plumbing problems or needed repairs to the foreman.
