Qualifications

• Observe and report safety hazards and maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures to maintain facility and meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation; document results.
• Perform dusting, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, and restocking supplies.
• Maintain custodial equipment and coordinate with vendors if needed.
• Oversee cleaning supply stock and place orders as necessary.
• Ensure equipment functions; report malfunctions to Facilities Manager.
• Assist with setup/teardown of year-round school events.
• Empty trash, dispose of waste, and manage recycling as applicable.
• Unlock/secure doors after cleaning and report needs to staff.
• Submit work orders and keep supply level records.
• Complete required training and maintain attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
