Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine correspondence and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Performs seasonal grounds work (snow, lawn).
• Cleans and preserves designated spaces and equipment.
• Restocks disposable items and reports inventory usage.
• Assists visitors with directions and equipment setup.
• Maintains building and grounds security.
• During summer months moves furniture and maintains floors.
