Job summary

HES Facilities Management is seeking a Site Manager to oversee custodial operations in Pender County Schools across multiple sites in Chapel Hill, NC. The Site Manager will develop productive working relationships with hourly custodial staff, communicate with the customers daily, and work to resolve issues needing immediate attention.

The role requires inspecting, training, and maintaining supply levels at each facility, with reporting to the Account Manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Experience coordinating custodial operations preferred.
• Daily work hours may vary; immediate start.
