You know how school construction gets done in California — DSA, bond-funded projects, modernizations, new builds, and the deferred maintenance realities districts live with every day. You've managed or overseen facilities and construction work in a K-12 environment and can speak the language of superintendents, business officials, and facilities directors.

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on experience with California K-12 school facilities and construction projects
• Familiarity with DSA processes, bond programs, and district capital planning
• Based in or near the Bakersfield / Kern County area
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with district leadership
