Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Superintendent or similar role on educational construction projects.
• Proven track record managing field operations for multi-million-dollar education sector projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety standards, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all on-site construction operations to meet schedule, safety, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless workflow.
• Manage daily project logistics, including labor allocation and material delivery.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and contract requirements.
• Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to resolve field issues.
• Enforce quality control standards and conduct site inspections.
• Prepare daily reports and document site activities.
• Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists.

Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead the field operations for educational construction projects in the local area. In this role, you will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will act as the primary on-site liaison, working closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain high standards of quality and communication.
