Granite School District is seeking an Apprentice Custodian to assist custodians and administrators. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, remove garbage, and assist with grounds care, building maintenance, and security during after-hours.

This position runs sixteen hours during the district's winter break and shifts are coordinated with the school administration. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; no prior experience is necessary.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be able to follow oral and/or written requests from supervisor.
• Basic reading and math skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assists with routine custodial tasks and grounds care.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, and offices to district standards.
• Maintains and sanitizes restrooms; handles cleaning supplies and equipment safely.
• Turns on/off security and locks/unlocks doors as needed.
• Attends apprenticeship classes and completes competency logs.
