Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow warning labels on cleaning supplies and hazardous materials.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and procedures.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communication, and customer-focused service.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships within the school environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sweep, mop, wax floors; wash windows, walls; patch broken fixtures as needed.
• Power wash exterior surfaces; empty trash; clean locker rooms and restrooms.
• Maintain secure, clean facilities; ensure lights are out and doors/windows are secure.
